About Me

In August 2022, I made the decision to rehome Heidi, a Long-Haired Chihuahua cross. Welcoming her into my home has been one of the most rewarding choices I have ever made. I’ve created a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment in which she feels secure and able to flourish. The strong, loving bond we share brings immense personal fulfilment.​

Heidi was a lockdown puppy and exhibited significant fear around other dogs and people. Since bringing her home, I have devoted considerable time to helping her build confidence through careful socialisation, a consistent daily routine, and a balanced, nutritious diet. I use praise and positive reinforcement to support her emotional development and encourage a sense of trust and curiosity.​

Witnessing the transformation in Heidi’s behaviour and wellbeing has been deeply inspiring, and it has motivated me to want to share this experience and its impact with others.
