Cherene was basically a godsent to me and my partner when we needed a dog sitter last minute so we could go away for the weekend. We knew from the meet and greet that she was the right person as she put pets first, whilst we were away she updated us regularly to let us know how Romeo was doing and when we came back to pick him up you could tell he had really taken to her. Couldn’t thank her enough and would highly recommend to anyone.

We felt so at ease having Cherene over to look after our animals and our home while we were away! Our dogs took to her straight away and we really appreciated the daily updates. We didn't want to put our dogs, Rocky & Bruno in kennels, when we started looking for our first holiday abroad in a decade! Because of our human loving boys needs, home is the best place for them. We met Cherene by chance after parking next to her on a shopping trip. After a few discussions, we arranged our first meet with our dogs and lovely little Heidi.
All I can say is, I’m so glad we’d parked in that very place on that particular day!
From the moment Cherene met Rocky & Bruno, we knew she'd be great with them. Trust me, having the ‘gonads’ to commit to looking after an adult Labrador & Juvenile Staffy shows just how committed you are as a person!
Cherene is the best pet/house sitter one could wish for. Reliable, trustworthy, professional, friendly, animal loving and dog walking extraordinaire! During our time away, Cherene cared for and walked our boys (several times a day) without fail come rain or shine! Again, juggling the routine of 3 dogs solo - takes a very special person. Our boys aren’t the easiest of dogs - our Bruno in particular who is still only a ‘baby’ really, requires that extra attention.
If like us, you’re anxious (maybe an understatement as I cried all the way to the airport) about leaving your pets and want someone to care for them where you know they'll be safe and happy in the comfort of their own home. Then you’re looking for Cherene and Heidi!
Cherene respected and cared for not only our babies - but our house too. We returned to two very excited but content dogs and a home exactly how we’d left it. Oh, let’s not forget to mention the 2 day delay in getting back! Cherene reassured us that everything was under control and staying the extra days wasn’t an issue. As well as the above, we were provided updates every single day and to see how happy our dogs looked was just peace of mind and allowed us to relax a little knowing they were in good hands. Little Heidi has definitely had quite the impression on both boys too, who as a rule are usually nervous around other dogs. You wouldn’t guess that upon return as they’d made the best of friends!

"We had a great time with our new stand in human and her bestie Heidi, she took us a walk and gave us treats. Crumble played chase game with Heidi, so they can come again. Mum liked her too and our mum doesn't leave us with anyone so Cherene must be super special."

We are just back from a family holiday, which I was thinking was impossible as I have Molly, a 12 year old cockerpoo, and my daughter’s 9 year old Snoodle, Pippa, that needed taking care of. They have never been in kennels and Molly has health and strange behaviour issues. Luckily, I got to hear about Cherene from a family member and after her coming to visit and meet the dogs, with her lovely Heidi, I was put at ease that I could book the holiday!! While away, I got messages and photos of how they were doing and their adventures. I have already booked Cherene for the next holiday !!
